Building a Winnable
Content System for
Superteam Singapore

Superteam SG has the community, the ecosystem, and the moment. What it needs is a content engine that turns all of that into real visibility. Here is what that looks like.

Seven gaps worth fixing

Before proposing solutions, it helps to be honest about the problem. Here is what the audit surfaced.

01
No consistent posting rhythm
The account goes 20+ days without a post, then breaks silence with something like a hiking picture. A simple cadence would fix this entirely.
02
No defined content framework
Good raw material exists but nothing connects it. No pillars, no posting ratio, no throughline. A rough 80/20 builder-to-community split would give every post a clear reason to exist.
03
Key ecosystem moments missed
solana.new launched. The Colosseum hackathon was announced. Both directly relevant to the SuperTeam SG audience. Neither was picked up on any channel. Easy wins left on the table.
04
Absent from global SuperTeam conversations
SuperTeam globally is posting actively on AI builders and vibe coding. SuperTeam SG is not part of that conversation yet, missing an audience that is already paying attention.
05
Solana network untapped for distribution
Anatoly, Raj Gokal, chapter leads, Solana Foundation comms, ecosystem media all sit within reach. None of it has been activated for co-amplification.
06
Brand inconsistency across platforms
Three different logo versions and varying color treatments across Twitter, Linktree, and Telegram. Small thing, but it creates a fractured first impression for anyone new coming in.
07
Telegram is inactive and hard to use
The current channel-based structure kills conversation. Over-segmented, nobody talks. Content and community go hand in hand, and right now neither is working. The fix: simplify to a single group chat, seed organic conversations, drop key content moments and news there once a week so it becomes a place people actually want to be.

Three things to do first

Before a single tweet goes out, these three foundations need to be in place.

1
Build external ecosystem relationships
Map and connect with every relevant stakeholder outside SuperTeam SG. SuperTeam India and SuperTeam UAE are the benchmarks. Connect with other chapter leads, Colosseum, Breakpoint, founder-focused initiatives, and key Solana ecosystem voices. Relationships first so when content drops, it does not land in a void.
2
Map the community before creating anything
Who are the founders, the daily meetup attendees, the core contributors, the builders shipping things. What are the projects that have come out of SuperTeam SG. This internal mapping directly feeds the content. You cannot tell a community's story if you do not know it.
3
Build and execute the content calendar
Twitter is where 80% of the attention is. Everything starts there before expanding to LinkedIn, Instagram, and email over time. The calendar below is not aspirational. It is executable from week two.

Phases and execution

Warm-up first, then full cadence. Every week has a clear output.

Phase 1 — Week 1 to Week 1.5
Setup and Warm-up
Fix the bio. Unify the logo and color treatment across Twitter, Telegram, and Linktree so it visually aligns with other SuperTeam chapters. On Telegram, simplify the channel structure to a single group chat, seed a few conversations, reach back out to past members, and ask one simple question: what do you want to see from SuperTeam SG?

On Twitter, the goal for the first two weeks is 80% engagement, 20% posting. Reintroduce the account, reply to everything, trend-jack Solana ecosystem conversations, post light teaser content. Behind the scenes, build and activate the ecosystem partner list so when real content drops, it has legs.
Week 2 to Week 3
Community Listening and Feedback
Before finalising the content plan, take stock of what the community is actually saying. What are Telegram members asking for. What conversations are already happening. What are founders and builders talking about. This feedback directly shapes Phase 2 so the calendar reflects real demand, not assumptions.
Phase 2 — Mid Week 2 Onwards
Content Calendar — Monday to Friday
Five days. Five pillars. Consistent output.
Day Pillar Format
Monday Weekly Recap What SuperTeam SG shipped last week + what the global Solana ecosystem accomplished
Tuesday Founder Spotlight IRL or online podcast / interview with SuperTeam SG founders. Occasional special appearance from wider Solana ecosystem
Wednesday Education Infographics, short videos, Loom demos on solana.new, X402 payment systems, AI agents on Solana
Thursday App of the Week Deep dive on one SuperTeam SG app. What it does, achievements, founder quote. Expands to wider Solana ecosystem once SG roster is covered
Friday Chill and Repurpose Trend-jacking, repurposing best performing content, light engagement posts
+ Daily engagement: Three separate lists maintained across SuperTeam ecosystem accounts, Solana ecosystem accounts, and wider CT. Engaged daily to build visibility and pull in amplification organically.
+ Event content: Hackathons, bootcamps, hacker houses, meetups posted on the go as they happen. No fixed cadence, just consistent documentation.
+ Ecosystem trends: Solana moves fast. Whenever something relevant drops, it gets posted same day regardless of the calendar.
+ Platform expansion: Twitter is the sole focus for the first three to four weeks. LinkedIn and Instagram from Month 2 onwards. What works on Twitter informs what gets adapted elsewhere.
+ Telegram distribution: Every key post gets dropped in Telegram. The community sees it first, not as an afterthought.
